You will find C-Dar WFT's forests and gardens a true challenge especially if you are interested in the Bio-Dynamic Farming & Gardening as well as Forestry Method.
For our forests,
we need willing and able hands to help us make forest composts. This is an ongoing process demanding the collecting of twigs, branches and all sorts of greenery that the wind and snow may have broken off from trees and bushes. In addition, selective logging does create a lot of green manure, too. We are building large forest ‘compost piles’ into which we insert the bio-dynamic preparations. Forest Composts are a novelty to this continent. We are testing our Bio-Dynamic Preparations on how fast fresh logs, branches, twigs and fallen trees can be decomposed so that the forest can more easily reabsorb the transformed organic matter.
we need strong arms that are prepared to cut and split and pile large amounts of wood.
we are looking for people who are prepared to spend time in our tree nursery weeding, seeding as well and planting.
we do spray Bio-Dynamic Preparations throughout our forests for which we need helpers.
